Winter Break 2010

Winter break was really awesome! And that resulted in me not having motivation to start my second semester. Well, first week of uni has just ended. Pretty ordinary i guess! And i am not really looking forward cause it is the final semester of my undergraduate life... Despite all the stress, i still love my undergraduate life in NZ! Best years of my study life so far!

A few highlights of what i did during the winter break.

- Went to Hong Kong and Macau for a family trip. Met up my parents , brothers, aunties, uncles and cousins! Wonderful family hang out time and not forgetting the delicious hongkong food! All those you can see in TVB series! The best of all was "Chao tao fu" aka "Smelly Taufu". It was superb (though many would not agree with me)

- Awesome hangout with church members. Food, movie and chat!

- Road trip in the North Island with my flatmates. Auckland-Cambridge-Rotorua-Taupo-Hamilton-Auckland! Only stayed in Rotorua and Auckland though. Rotorua was nice but smelly! Went to Bersatu Games in Auckland as well. Had great fun cheering there! CMSA is the overall champion and I am proud of you guys!

- Attended Life Church in Auckland and it was really good! thanks to a friend who brought me there (you know who you are) and made quite a few friends there. Nice people! Met up with a few more friends and made a couple of friends the next day too! wonderful!

- Drove quite a lot in Auckland City centre and the neighbouring suburbs. Kinda know how to get around Auckland city now! And ya, met up with my aunty, cousin and her husband and their daughter(my niece) too!

- wonderful time spent with few more close church friends and a friend from Auckland (eating and hanging out) before uni started on Monday!

Overall, winter break was fabulous! Couldnt ask for more! As for now, back to studies and stay focused for the final semester of my undergrad life in NZ!

I love NZ! and of course MALAYSIA as well!

p/s: thanks to my friends who gave me a surprise birthday party in auckland! you guys rock!
